On-Site Service

When for some reason the air conditioning or refrigeration equipment does not make it to our plant, we have highly qualified personnel to perform this service in the field, following the same plant processes:

Process

  1. The unit is inspected before starting the process, verifying that it is in excellent condition.
  2. Then the necessary parts are dismantled.
  3. All dirt and/or contamination are removed from the surface using certified products and high-pressure hot water.
  4. Then we dry the unit with high-pressure air turbines to eliminate any traces of moisture on the surface.
  5. We proceed to paper and protect the areas we do not want to be coated.
  6. The anti-corrosion protection process is performed. Depending on the material to be coated, this step will depend on whether it takes two or five steps.
  7. Once the unit is dry, all paper is removed, and we proceed to reassemble.
  8. We apply our unique service identification tape and our warranty label.

Specification

Our base product, Insitu® Spray Coat with ES2 technology (incorporated stainless steel pigments), is water-based (solvent-free) and highly corrosion-resistant. This ensures a uniform film without material bridging between fins and less than 1% impact on heat transfer.
